PentaTrack ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our athletes' data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal and health data when you connect third-party services (such as Garmin, Strava, Whoop, etc.) to our platform.

When you authorize PentaTrack to connect with your wearable devices or fitness accounts (e.g., Garmin Connect), we collect specific health and activity metrics necessary for performance analysis. This includes, but is not limited to:

Daily health metrics (Resting Heart Rate, HRV, Sleep Scores, Recovery Scores).

Training session data (Duration, Distance, Heart Rate zones, Pace).
3. Use of Data
The data collected is used strictly for:

Providing personalized performance analytics and readiness scores (ACWR).

Allowing your designated coaching staff to monitor your training load, recovery, and overall health to prevent injuries and optimize performance.

We do NOT use your data for marketing purposes.

Your data is strictly confidential.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to any third parties.

Your data is only accessible to you and your explicitly authorized coaching staff within the PentaTrack platform.
5. Data Security
We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Authentication tokens from third-party services (like Garmin) are securely encrypted and stored.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can disconnect any third-party integration (e.g., Garmin) at any time directly from your PentaTrack dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will cease collecting new data. You may also request the complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at: brice.loubet@penta-track.fr.
